What you agree to when you use CareLoops, what it does not promise,
and how its text messages work.
What CareLoops is
CareLoops is a personal assistant you reach by phone call, by WhatsApp, and by text message. It sets reminders, watches things you ask it to watch, and rings businesses on your behalf when you ask it to.
It is software, not a person. It can be wrong, it can mishear you on a call, and it can be unavailable.
It is not an emergency service. Never rely on it to get help urgently, and never rely on it for medical, legal or financial advice.
Your account
Your phone number identifies your account, and a code you choose protects it. Anyone who has both can reach what you have stored, so do not share the code.
Tell us promptly if you lose your number or think someone else has your code.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the number you give us must be yours.
Text messages
CareLoops sends transactional text messages only: the link that sets up your account, reminders you asked us to set, alerts you asked us to watch for, notices when a task you asked for is finished, and replies to messages you send us.
We never send marketing or promotional text messages.
You consent to these messages when you ask us to text you - on a call with the assistant, or by messaging us first.
Message frequency varies and depends on how you use CareLoops.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or email info@711web.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Phone calls
When you call us you are talking to an automated assistant, and it says so.
Calls are transcribed, and may be recorded, so the assistant can remember what you asked for. The Privacy Policy says how long that is kept and how to have it deleted.
When the assistant rings a business for you it says who it is and who it is calling for. It never pretends to be you.
What you must not do
Do not use CareLoops to harass anyone, to place calls someone has asked you to stop, or for anything unlawful.
Do not give us numbers you are not entitled to contact.
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
What we do not promise
We do not promise CareLoops will always be available or that a reminder will always arrive. It runs on servers that can fail, and on networks we do not control.
A quote or a fact the assistant reports back came from somebody else. We pass on what was said; we do not guarantee it is right.
Where the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous three months.
Paying
Some parts of CareLoops are free and some are paid. What something costs is shown before you buy it, and we do not charge you for anything you have not agreed to.
Ending it
You can stop at any time: reply STOP to texts, or email us to close your account and have your data deleted.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
